Park Lane Post Acute Rehab is dedicated to making our patients feel right at home in our facility during their stay. Our goal is to return our patients to their highest level of independence as quickly and seamlessly as possible. We achieve this with our amazing team of physicians, nurses, therapists, and care staff. Our staff are highly trained professionals and dedicated to our patients well being and health.
